Letter of invitation for visa application
If you require an invitation letter, you may submit a request after you have successfully made payment for your visitor badge. The ITMA 2023 show owner and organiser are not able to sponsor any participant’s entry into Italy. Should you require a visa, applications can be made at the Italian Diplomatic and Consular Representations in your country of residence at least 15 working days prior to the date of departure but not more than 180 days before departure.
